It looks like they will set a schedule for the customer to show up but not inform the customer it's been delayed. I brought my car in at 9am, it is now 3pm (for a recall fix of a windshield). I was told it should only take 1-2 hours once the windshield company shows up. The tech said the company contacted him at 8:30am and said they overbooked. He just told me this @ 3:08pm. He had info before my appointment but didn't think to notify me. I am very upset and disappointed with the service department.
Scammers. Added $5600 worth of "extras" without our knowledge. Terrible to work with. They lie about the condition of your trade-in. Will never go there again.

The service deapartment here is the best there is. I have never had another dealer's service department come close! My most recent visit involved a slash through my tire and the resulting flat I received while driving near their dealership. It was late in the day. I had no appointment. I was frazzled by the flat. The service team was gracious and professional as they went to work on my car. I drove out with a new tire and renewed appreciation for these folks. Thank again!

Turns out - these guys have been programming my service light to come on earlier then the recommended service - so they get credit for the service work - and my 3-Year - 36,000 service warranty - is used up.

Mom and I were leaving a parking spot and she couldn’t get the car out of the stall all the way - she said the wheel was too hard to turn. We switched places and I had a hard time turning the wheel and realized we had lost all power steering. The CEL, power steering, ABS, and slippery when wet lights were all on.

She is concerned about getting my car in right away when there is an issue, and she does what she can to get it back to me as soon as possible, even if parts need to be ordered. $3200 mark up fee. Imagine buying a vehicle MSRP for $32,935 and giving a trade in worth 8,700 and having an additional 1,000 rebate. To then make your first payment and find out that the vehicle you actually purchased cost $37,000. The “fine print” cost approximately $4,100 plus taxes on the higher value. save yourself the time and DO NOT GO HERE! They will try to tell you “yOu SiGnEd ThE dOcUmEnT” and continue this malpractice. Arizona summer bundle is not free and you will be charged for that as well. “The tint comes with the car, we just have to install it”

His relaxed yet informative demeanor never degraded into the "overly-familiar, buddy-buddy" approach I have suffered at other dealerships over the years. Douglas Brown welcomed us as we entered the dealership, listened to our requirement and seated us to his office. He brought out a car of our choice for a test run and got us the numbers. Later he offered us another option which was better than what we had gone for and we ended up buying what fits our requirements. We bought Hyundai Elantra 2020 with options of our choice. I purchased a new 2019 Genesis G80 Sport which they got from another dealer. The deal with Carl over the phone was quick and easy. When we went to pick up the car on 12-2-19, we found issues with the paint. The GM said they would take care of it and provide us a loaner since we are in Tucson. I bought my first Hyundai and like it after the first week although I have only put 130 miles on it. Worked with a salesman -Ryan Tribe- who did a good job of answering my questions.
